The Story:
For 15 years I cruised and traveled through the Bahamas exploring the Out Islands. So many wonderful people I met and sights I saw. The Abacos, Marsh Harbour, Elbow Cay, Green Turtle Cay, Guana Cay, Man O' War Cay, The Exumas, Stocking Island, Nassau, Chub Cay and Southward.
This painting is from a house sign I saw on my bike ride to the South end of the ferry road in Marsh Harbour Abaco Bahamas. I loved the blues, the fanciful fish, the Elbow Cay lighthouse and the sunshine. And of course, the Caribbean Blues of the water with their variant turquoises and hues of blue are mesmerizing.
